About Beulah Baptist

Over 168 years ago ago, the Beulah Baptist Association came into existence. Churches from Lake, Obion and Weakley Counties joined together for fellowship, encouragement and doctrinal purity. As the number of churches grew in Weakley County all but six made a decision to form the Weakley Baptist Association. Beulah Baptist Association continues to thrive. We are now made up of 42 churches and four missions, including two Hispanic congregations. We are diverse in size and in style. Some of our churches are traditional, others less traditional and others contemporary. We minister to every segment of society. We reach out in missions locally, in our state, across the country and around the world.

We have a clear purpose!

The Churches of Beulah Baptist Association voluntarily link together to: 1) reach Obion, Lake, and Weakly Counties for Christ 2) engage in Missions locally, domestically, and internationally 3) support and strengthen families 4)train local leadership to be effective leaders in the church, the home, and community.

Our Attitude - Together We Can!

We have a committed people. Beulah is blessed to have many of our pastors who have served their church and the association for ten plus years. Our lay people are active in their churches and in our association. Every year we see more and more people involved in ministry and in missions.

We have a consecrated plan. The Great Commission of Matthew teaches us that as churches and as an association we are to make disciples of every nation. Acts 1:8 defines the plan by challenging us to reach our Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the end of the world. Our churches accomplish this through local, domestic and international missions.

Beulah Baptist Association is ready to meet the challenges God brings to us. Our future remains bright. Our desire is that in all we do we will glorify God.
